I want to lose it!

I just finished watching The Biggest Loser tonight.  That show moves me to tears every single time I watch it.  These people are amazing!  I need to stop making excuses for myself.  I know that I'm not overweight and that I want to lose a few measly pounds.  But why is this so hard?

I don't know about you but I've found it's difficult to change the habits that got you there in the first place. Also, I didn't enjoy working out unless there was a goal ahead of me (like, say, a triathlon, hint-hint). Now I do it because I like it, but it took me a long, long time to get there.
